1. The Promoter

This competition is run by Galatico Studios LTD, registered in England and Wales, whose registered address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: inquiries@galaticostudios.co.uk

2. The Competition

Galatico Studios LTD will be running a daily competition at Birmingham DreamHack from 27/03/2026 - 29/03-2026. Each day runs as a standalone competition with its own winner. Participants compete to achieve the fastest time, and the participant with the best time at the end of each day will win the prize.

3. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to anyone aged 13 or over.
  • Participants under the age of 16 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • Galatico Studios LTD employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

  • Participants must submit their email address and their time via the entry form at the Birmingham DreamHack Expo stand.
  • There is no limit on the number of attempts a participant may make.
  • Where a participant has made multiple entries, only their best (fastest) time will be counted.
  • Entries are only valid for the day on which they are submitted. Times do not carry over between days.
  • Galatico Studios LTD reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes to be fraudulent, inaccurate, or submitted in bad faith. A Galatico Studios LTD representative will be present at all times to oversee entries.

5. The Prize

  • One winner will be selected per competition day.
  • The prize is one (1) digital game key for Galatico.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • The winner will be the participant with the highest number of Waves survived that day.
  • In the event of a tie on Waves, the tiebreaker will be the participant with the highest number of Kills.
  • In the event of a further tie on both Waves and Kills, the tiebreaker will be the participant with the fastest Time.
  • If all three criteria are equal, Galatico Studios LTD reserves the right to determine the winner at their discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at the close of each competition day.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.
  • If a winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 days, Galatico Studios LTD reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.
  • Galatico Studios LTD's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Data Protection & Use of Personal Data

By entering this competition, you agree to the following:

  • Your email address will be collected and stored by Galatico Studios LTD for the purposes of administering this competition.
  • Your email address may be used to contact you about news, updates, products, and promotional offers from Galatico Studios LTD.
  • Your email address may be shared with selected third-party marketing partners, including Google and Meta, who will process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
  • Galatico Studios LTD is the data controller for your personal data.
  • You have the right to withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at inquiries@galaticostudios.co.uk.

8. General Conditions

  • Galatico Studios LTD reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
  • Galatico Studios LTD reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
